Cancellations and Returns of Products
You can cancel your order for any reason, just call us on 01865 735025 or email info@exclusiveboutique.co.uk on the same day as purchase and before 4:00 pm. Please leave your order No. and most importantly your name and address details. We will send you a full refund immediately.
If your gift has already been dispatched, you can still return it at the address below within 7 days of receipt. Provided that all goods are in an unused condition, you can expect your full refund within 24 hrs after we receive the gift back. No refunds can be processed until goods are returned. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Before returning any purchase, please email info@exclusiveboutique.co.uk with your full name and address, order No. and Product code, description and quantity. Your reason for return, whether you require a replacement, refund or credit. In the event that the content of the gift is faulty or damaged, please follow the same procedures as stated above and return the goods within 7 days of delivery. In this event, we guarantee you a full refund including your postage costs within 24 hrs after goods are received.
For electrical goods, if any product has been received and proved to be non-working or damaged, the end-user should notify within 48 hours. All such units will be replaced (if stock allows) provided the damage was incurred prior to receipt by either the customer or the customers carrier. If defect is confirmed by technical support and the end-user proof of purchase date is supplied, such product will be replaced or refunded. Please understand, we do not accept the return of Unwanted Electrical Products for no reason, as we work closely with manufacturers and have to comply with their terms and conditions.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
