Orders
English is the main language at www.exclusiveboutique.co.uk and our prices are all in GBP.
By placing an order with www.exclusiveboutique.co.uk you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@exclusiveboutique.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details. When you place an order with us, we will send you an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order. We will supply the goods at the quoted total price including our delivery charge. Breakdown of total price should be clearly accessible at the checkout point. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and the a contract has been made between us.
Online Shopping
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Cancellations and Returns of Products
We hope that this will never concern you, but you can still cancel your order for any reason, just call us on 01865 735025 or email at info@exclusiveboutique.co.uk on the same day (preferably before 4:00 pm). Please leave your order No. if remember and mostly important your name and details. We will send you a full refund immediately.
If your gift has already been dispatched, you can still return it at the address below within 7 days of receipt. Provided that all goods are in an unused condition, you can expect your full refund within 24 hrs after we receive the gift back. No refunds can be processed until goods are returned. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Before returning any purchase, please email info@exclusiveluxurygifts.com with your full name and address, order No. and Product code, description and quantity. Your reason for return, whether you require a replacement, refund or credit.
In the event that the content of the gift is faulty or damaged, please follow the same procedures as stated above and return the goods within 7 days of delivery. In this event, we guarantee you a full refund including your postage costs within 24 hrs after goods are received.
For electrical goods, if any product has been received and proved to be non-working or damaged, the end-user should notify within 48 hrs. All such units will be replaced (if stock allows) provided the damage was incurred prior to receipt by either the customer or the customers carrier. If defect is confirmed by technical support and the end-user proof of purchase date is supplied, such product will be replaced or refunded. Please understand, we do not accept the return of Unwanted Electrical Products for no reason, as we work closely with manufacturers and have to comply with their terms and conditions.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Product Availability and Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Please call us or e-mail to check an alternative option. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces (subject to customer�s approval). Or another solution possible will be suggested to our customer.

Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. You must not transmit through or to our website any defamatory, threatening, obscene, distressing, harmful or pornographic material or material which may infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy) or which does not comply with all relevant laws.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
